Suzie Smith enjoys being a problem solver. As an independent Realtor with Carolina One, solving problems means finding the best methods to get her clients the home they want.

In business for 12 years, the Mount Pleasant resident, who works throughout the Charleston area, believes honesty in the best policy.

“If my clients ask me a question and I’m not sure of the answer, I’ll ask them to allow me to do some research and get back to them.”

Getting back to her clients and others she is involved with professionally also is one of her most valuable assets.

“It’s all about respecting the people you are working with and calling them back when they try to reach you. It’s very simple but something a lot of business people forget,” she said.

She added, “I’m so grateful that my clients have chosen me to work with, and I feel an obligation to do my very best for each of them every day.”
